THE JOB BREAKDOWN:

  • 75% will be leading Bridal Appointments as a Stylist. This includes utilizing all of your product knowledge from training to best assist our clients while meeting monthly sales targets.

  • 15% will be supporting other Bridal Stylists through appointments (answering questions over the headset, putting away nos, checking in groups, ensuring the boutique is in pristine condition for all appointment arrivals)

  • 10% will be administrative tasks (QC support, answering info emails, checking voicemail, confirming appointments, pulling/steaming dress arrivals and accessory pick ups, moving appointments to maximize the number of brides, supporting appointments with larger groups)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Someone who is ready to hit the ground running and start training now.

  • You have open availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and are flexible to be scheduled for one or two 8 hour shifts per week.  3 shifts per week is preferable during onboarding.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

  • $18.50/hour with supplemental pay opportunities

  • 8 - 20 hour/week flexible work schedule
