THE JOB BREAKDOWN:
75% will be leading Bridal Appointments as a Stylist. This includes utilizing all of your product knowledge from training to best assist our clients while meeting monthly sales targets.
15% will be supporting other Bridal Stylists through appointments (answering questions over the headset, putting away nos, checking in groups, ensuring the boutique is in pristine condition for all appointment arrivals)
10% will be administrative tasks (QC support, answering info emails, checking voicemail, confirming appointments, pulling/steaming dress arrivals and accessory pick ups, moving appointments to maximize the number of brides, supporting appointments with larger groups)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who is ready to hit the ground running and start training now.
You have open availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and are flexible to be scheduled for one or two 8 hour shifts per week. 3 shifts per week is preferable during onboarding.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
$18.50/hour with supplemental pay opportunities
8 - 20 hour/week flexible work schedule
